Ongoing Support for Stepmoms & Women Navigating Blended Families
Â
You didn’t just enter a relationship…
You stepped into an already established family.
With its own history.
Its own dynamics.
Its own unspoken roles.
And sometimes…
a co-parenting dynamic that adds another layer of stress entirely.
Â
If you’re being honest, you’ve probably felt…
- Like an outsider in your own relationship
- Unsure what your role actually is (and where the line is)
- Stuck between “don’t overstep” and “don’t disappear”
- Triggered by things you don’t fully understand
- Like you’re overthinking every interaction
- Pressure to be easy, flexible, and “low maintenance”
- Frustrated or overwhelmed navigating co-parenting dynamics
- Impacted by tension, inconsistency, or conflict with a partner’s ex
- Unsure how to stay grounded when there are outside dynamics you can’t control
This is the part of blended families no one really prepares you for.
Â
WELCOME TO HER PLACE
A monthly support space for stepmoms and women in blended families, especially those navigating complex co-parenting dynamics, who want to feel more grounded, secure, and confident in who they are and where they stand.
This isn’t just about getting through hard moments.
This is about having a space to come back to:
when something gets triggered
when communication breaks down
when co-parenting tension impacts your relationship
or when you just need to feel understood
Â
THIS SPACE IS FOR YOU IF…
You’re a woman who:
- Is dating, engaged to, married or partnered with someone who has children
- Is navigating stepmom dynamics (new or long-term)
- Is impacted by co-parenting stress, tension, or a difficult ex dynamic
- Feels like you’re constantly trying to “figure it out”
- Questions your role more than you’d like to admit
- Struggles to stay grounded when things feel out of your control
- Wants to feel secure without over-adjusting yourself
Â
✨ WHAT YOU GET
Monthly Group Coaching Call (90 minutes on Zoom)
A live, supportive space where we:
- Process what’s coming up for you in real time
- Work through triggers, emotional reactions, and patterns
- Navigate boundaries, roles, and relationship dynamics
- Explore how to stay grounded amidst co-parenting stress
- Support you in feeling more clear, calm, and secure
You don’t have to have it all figured out before you come.
You just need a place to bring what’s real.
Â
đź’¬ Private Community (Ongoing Support Between Calls)
Because one call a month isn’t enough when you’re living this in real time.
Inside the community, you can:
- Share what’s coming up as it happens
- Get support when co-parenting dynamics feel overwhelming
- Ask questions and receive grounded, thoughtful feedback
- Connect with women navigating similar situations
This is where you stop feeling like the only one.
Â
🌱 THE SHIFT
Instead of:
overthinking every interaction
questioning your role
feeling reactive to outside dynamics
trying to get it “right” all the time
feeling alone in it
You begin to feel:
grounded in who you are
clearer in how you want to show up
less reactive and more regulated
more secure in your relationship
supported, even when things feel complicated
Â
đź’« WHY THIS MATTERS
Blended family dynamics don’t resolve overnight.
And when co-parenting is involved, especially with tension or unpredictability,Â
it can feel like you’re constantly adjusting to something outside your control.
Which is why you need ongoing support, not just a one-time solution.
This is your space to:
come back
process
get grounded again
and keep growing

🔥 FINAL INVITATION
You don’t have to keep navigating this on your own.
You don’t have to keep trying to stay grounded in dynamics that feel unpredictable, overwhelming, or out of your control.
There is a version of you who feels secure, steady, and confident—
even inside this complexity.
This is where you build that.

Hi, I'm JamunaÂ
I’m a trauma-informed attachment repair coach and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I specialize in helping women feel more secure within themselves and their relationships.
But this work didn’t just come from training, it came from my own life.
When I stepped into a blended family, I quickly realized how complex and emotionally activating it can be. It brought up questions around identity, belonging, boundaries, and how to find my place within an already existing dynamic.
What I came to understand is that so much of what gets activated in these situations isn’t random. It’s rooted in attachment patterns and a nervous system trying to find safety.
Over the last 10 plus years, I’ve devoted my life to this work, both personally and professionally.
Today, I support women who are navigating these same dynamics, who feel overwhelmed, triggered, or unsure of where they fit, and help them come back to a place of internal security.
My approach blends attachment repair through the AARM model, trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and a family systems understanding.
I’m not here to fix you, because you’re not broken.
I’m here to help you feel grounded in yourself so you can show up in your relationships from a place of clarity, confidence, and security.
