Hi, I'm JamunaÂ
I’m a trauma-informed attachment repair coach and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I specialize in helping women feel more secure within themselves and their relationships.
But this work didn’t just come from training, it came from my own life.
When I stepped into a blended family, I quickly realized how complex and emotionally activating it can be. It brought up questions around identity, belonging, boundaries, and how to find my place within an already existing dynamic.
What I came to understand is that so much of what gets activated in these situations isn’t random. It’s rooted in attachment patterns and a nervous system trying to find safety.
Over the last 10 plus years, I’ve devoted my life to this work, both personally and professionally.
Today, I support women who are navigating these same dynamics, who feel overwhelmed, triggered, or unsure of where they fit, and help them come back to a place of internal security.
My approach blends attachment repair through the AARM model, trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and a family systems understanding.
I’m not here to fix you, because you’re not broken.
I’m here to help you feel grounded in yourself so you can show up in your relationships from a place of clarity, confidence, and security.
