I understand I will need to complete all the given assignments in order to receive the certificate. I understand there is no governing body that is certifying me. I understand that my participation in the Program is at my sole risk and that Jamuna Rosner Coaching has not made any promises or commitments to me in connection with my participation in the Program other than to provide the group coaching session(s), handouts, resources, and certificate(when all work is complete), (collectively, the “Materials”). I understand that I will not receive medical advice or treatment from Jamuna Rosner Coaching, and that Jamuna Rosner Coaching is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, psychologist, or other licensed or registered professional. The role of Jamuna Rosner Coaching is not to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, condition, or other physical or mental ailment, and nothing in connection with the Program is intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I understand that the Materials provided by Jamuna Rosner Coaching in connection with the Program are provided for informational purposes only, and are not intended as medical advice or as a substitute for medical treatment. I understand that I should always seek the advice of my personal healthcare professionals if I have any questions regarding my health or related to my participation in the Program. I understand that I should discuss any nutrition and lifestyle changes with my personal healthcare professionals, and should not discontinue any prescription medications without consulting with my personal healthcare professionals. I agree not to copy the Materials or coaching methods, or any portion thereof, without the prior written consent from Jamuna Rosner Coaching.
